Shipping Policy

The cost of shipping will be determined upon checkout. Our shipping times vary between 2 to 4 weeks as every item is handmade. We will insure our pieces with the shipping carriers to make sure that your item arrives in the proper condition. If you receive your Mossly piece and it is damaged, please allow us time to create a claim and get it approved with the carrier so we can offer you a replacement. We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping of your product if the return reason is anything other than your product being damaged upon arrival.
